Key Management Staff

Kee Mui Joo is a Bachelor of Accountancy (Honours) graduate from the National University of Singapore and a CPA with the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore (ICPAS).

Mui Joo started her career with an international Certified Public Accounting firm and thereafter had served in the capacity of a Financial Controller and Company Secretary in various foreign MNCs and public listed companies.

Her working experience includes regional financial controllership in ASEAN and Asia Pacific, cross-border accounting and tax matters, financial and operations review, project feasibility studies and accounting systems implementation and review.

Cheryl Seow is a graduate from the National University of Singapore, School of Accountancy and a CPA with the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore (ICPAS).

Cheryl started her career with an international Certified Public Accounting firm and thereafter moved on to local and public listed companies with business activities in property investment and development, hotel and serviced residences investment and management, retail and construction.

Her experience includes accounting system documentation and implementation, systems and operations internal controls and procedures review, cash flow management, project feasibility studies, auditing, tax and corporate secretarial.
